BruxZir Full Solid Zirconia
ESTETIC ZIRCONIA
Full Solid Zirconia crowns and bridges are so strong they can be used anywhere in the mouth. Full Solid Zirconia crowns can withstand the biting pressure of the front teeth as well as back teeth grinding. The look of zirconium crowns and bridges is so close to natural teeth that it is hard to tell the difference and it is this quality which makes it very useable within dental work. Full Solid Zirconia crowns can be fixed using traditional dental cements. Full Solid Zirconia Designed and milled using CAD/CAM technology, Full Solid Zirconia is sintered for 8 hours to achieve optimum strength. The final Full Solid Zirconia crown or bridge is then stained and glazed to a smooth surface.

Veneers Onlay / Inlay
Porcelain Veneers Onlays and Inlays are one of the most accepted smile enhancement techniques in dentistry. We use E.max CAD or Full Zirconia material to make your patient's dream of a smile makeover a reality. E.max lithium and Full Zirconia veneers, Onlays and Inlays offer beautiful esthetics, precision fit and high flexural strength.

PORCELAIN FUSED TO METAL
PFM is an excellent option for dentists who seek a restoration that combines both durability and natural-looking internal characteristics. The underlying coping replicates the performance of a natural tooth, while the ceramic coating replicates the natural esthetics. Porcelain fused to metal can be used for single and posterior single-unit crowns and bridges, and can be designed to fit any type of preparation as well. PFM restorations are also indicated for crowns and bridges used in combination with cast partials. Porcelain can be fused to non-precious, semi-precious or white high noble copings.
PORCELAIN FUSED TO METAL
Composed of premium denture alloys or metal-free materials, Vitadent’s partial dentures, are fabricated and designed by highly skilled technicians to ensure strength, stability, comfort, and esthetics are addressed. Among the choices presented, Luciton-199 RPD (Removable Partial Denture) and Vitallium 2000 are metal partials. Luciton FRS and Valplast are metal-free flexible partial dentures.
Our newest innovation in fixed restorations Layered Zirconia has a clinical grade zirconia core with a porcelain overlay. At 1200 MPa, the Layered Zirconia has a comparable flexural strength of traditional porcelain-fused-to-metal restorations while maintaining a natural and vibrant translucency. The product 100% metal-free, a feature that prevents gingival darkening and removes the possibility of exposing metallic margins if gum recession begins. They are naturally esthetic, transmit the color of adjacent teeth and can be matched to any shade.
E.max CAD
E.max CAD is an innovative lithium disilicate glass-ceramic (LS2) for CAD/CAM applications. Milled using CAD/CAM technology, this unrivalled system combines highly esthetic quality with exceptional user-friendliness. Unlike any other CAD/CAM material, IPS e.max CAD covers a comprehensive spectrum of indications. A wide range of translucency levels, shades and block sizes offers great flexibility. Tried-and-ggged, coordinated cementation materials complement the system.
